Larry Chapman is responsible for overseeing leasing performance for portions of the portfolio, along with being involved in strategic management of those assets.
Mr. Chapman has been with the firm since its beginning, and over the past 30 years has participated in the acquisition of over 40 million square feet of office and industrial space valued at almost $6 billion. He has also had direct asset management responsibility for over 15 million square feet of office property. He previously joined Mr. Touzet and Ms. Dunne at America’s Capital Partners after serving as a director of acquisitions at CBRE Global Investors for seven years. He has also held positions at various Boston-based commercial real estate firms, including General Investment & Development, Liberty Real Estate Group, and Continental Wingate
