Lannie R Allee

Lannie brings more than 35 years of commercial brokerage experience to CBRE, Inc. He serves as Senior Vice President in the office, R&D and industrial specialties group in the Carlsbad office. During this time, he has consistently been a Top-Five Producer, as well as a two-time "#1 Salesperson" for the San Diego Region. He also was awarded the prestigious McCarthy Award for the San Diego Region based on his mentoring and support of his fellow sales associates.

Lannie is credited for the sale of raw and finished land totaling in excess of 1,200 acres, and the sale and leasing of approximately 9,000,000 square feet of office, R&D and industrial properties in Carlsbad. He was the exclusive agent in the marketing of the 560-acre Carlsbad Research Center, one of Southern California's premiere master-planned business parks. He was also the exclusive agent for the marketing of the 132-acre Bressi Ranch Corporate Center. He represented the City of Carlsbad in their acquisition of the former Farmers Insurance 128,000 square foot regional headquarters on 13 acres of land.
