Bio
Lance Graber joined the Milhaus Board of Directors in April of 2018 and is one of the company’s first external members. Mr. Graber has 30 years of real estate experience and has completed more than $18 billion of transactions during his career. At FrontRange, he focuses primarily on originating and managing investments in real estate operating platforms and their related assets. Prior to FrontRange, he was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Transactions and Asset Management at AIMCO Mr. Graber currently serves of the Board of Directors Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, Envolve and Monday Properties. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics followed by his MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
