Lana Nicholson

As the Controller at Seefried Properties since 2017, Ms. Nicholson oversees all aspects of accounting operations and works alongside the partners to meet financial goals. She has over 10 years of comprehensive experience in real estate operations and development, acquisitions/dispositions and investor reporting. Ms. Nicholson has held progressive positions in the real estate industry, including her previous role working as a Controller for Retail Specialists, LLC/Retail Strategies, LLC in Birmingham, AL where she led accounting efforts for over five years on behalf of the company. Ms. Nicholson holds an active CPA license.
