Since joining CBRE in June of 1987, Laird Perkins has been involved in sale and lease transactions totaling more than 130 million square feet of buildings and over 400 acres of land totaling more than 5 Billion dollars in consideration. 

Laird is also involved with tenant and landlord representation, leasing, disposition and acquisition, research and development and consulting.  During his illustrious real estate career, Mr. Perkins has used his extensive market knowledge and expertise to successfully understand his client's specific real estate needs. He has been awarded with many prominent Listing and Tenant representation assignments as a result of his dedication, solution driven ideas, and hard work.
