Working out of the Ontario, CA office, Kyle Yocum focuses primarily on representing office tenants in lease and sale transactions. During his time at CBRE, Mr. Yocum has negotiated leases for numerous national and multi-national corporations in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles counties.
Mr. Yocum works diligently to ensure that each client's unique Real Estate needs are met. First, by developing a clear understanding of each client's short and long term goals. Secondly, by using his market knowledge and negotiating skills to manage risk and increase value for all of his clients.
