Kyle Weeks

As Director of Multi-Family Development, Kyle provides hands-on management, coordination and oversight in all aspects of multi-family building development, including entitlements and permitting, design/development process, selecting and managing consultant teams, all phases of construction, and project close out. Kyle has over 12 years of construction and development experience including managing pre-construction and construction on a variety of multi-family and commercial development projects. Kyle previously worked for a prominent local area developer for the past eight years and a large GC prior to that. Throughout his career, Kyle has managed tenant improvements, yacht refits, high-rise residential towers, and everything in between. All in all, Kyle has played a key role in over $600M in commercial and multi-family development. An Issaquah native, Kyle is an avid sports fan, enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, travel, and spending time with his friends and family. He has a passion for the northwest and everything this community has to offer, from the mountains to the sound.
