Mr. Palmer is the Founder and Managing Partner of PALMER REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SERVICES, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He maintains responsibility for the strategic direction of the company while leading all investment sales activity and oversees debt originations along with equity raise assignments. During his career, Mr. Palmer has brokered more than $6 billion in property closings and supported a client base ranging from REITs, public institutions, international corporations, government agencies, sovereign wealth funds, national/regional/local development companies, private-family offices, and high net-worth individuals. Mr. Palmer graduated from the University of Georgia, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in real estate and economics. He has served on numerous charitable boards and alumni relations at the University of Georgia. He enjoys hunting and traveling with his wife and three children along with coaching little league sports.
