Kyle Palmer

Kyle Palmer, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Atlanta, Georgia office.  Mr. Palmer is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and the structuring of equity assignments for multifamily assets in the Southeast. Throughout his career, Mr. Palmer has overseen and completed transactions valued at more than $4 billion.

He brings to Walker & Dunlop 14 years of corporate real estate experience, long-term client relationships, and a track record of maximizing client returns. Mr. Palmer specializes in the disposition and acquisition of individual assets as well as regional portfolio executions for private client and middle-market multifamily property sales. His market knowledge, combined with his tenacious ability to promote and unparalleled commitment to execute, are attributes that have resulted in multiple, repeat client transactions throughout his career. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Palmer served as Vice President and Regional Manager at Marcus & Millichap where he oversaw the daily operations of five offices spanning from Atlanta to Texas. In this capacity, he was responsible for integrating a comprehensive sales management program that provided strategic direction for investment sales agents and finance originators throughout his group offices. Mr. Palmer has supported a client base ranging from REITs, public institutions, major national and international corporations, government agencies, private-family offices and high net-worth individuals.

Mr. Palmer graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in real estate and economics.

He has served on the UGA Alumni Relations Board and coached at the Northside Youth Organization and Sandy Springs Youth Sports. He regularly volunteers his time and is a corporate sponsor for the St. Jude’s Children Hospital and Feeding America Network.
