Kyle Morque is an experienced real estate capital markets broker. He began his career at Spinnaker Real Estate Partners in 2006. He worked four years as a senior associate with the firm's Acquisition & Development department. He underwrote over $500 million of acquisitions during that time, including stabilized assets, distressed debt, and whole loans.
