Brokerage, joined the brokerage division of Cushman & Wakefield in 2014
with a focus on the West Orange County industrial submarket, specializing in
leasing and sales. He has been involved in over 50 transactions totaling more
than 1 million square feet. Additionally, Kyle has developed into a business
park specialist, with nearly 500,000 SF of multi-tenant listings.
Kyle is committed to a client first
approach allowing him to provide a high level of service and his attention to
detail creates measurable value for his clients. Whether leasing, buying or
selling commercial real estate, he ensures his clients and customers are
