Kyle McFadden is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield's office leasing team where he advises investors in and occupiers of high-quality office assets in the D.C. Metro region. Kyle has a passion for real estate and offers his clients a wealth of experience and knowledge accumulated throughout more than a decade in the commercial real estate industry. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield as a leasing agent in 2012, Kyle has represented his clients in over $500 million of leasing transactions in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield's Washington, D.C. team, Kyle started his career in real estate with The Boerke Company, Inc., a Milwaukee, WI-based commercial real estate brokerage firm and member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance.
