Kyle Land

Kyle joined Stolar Capital in 2013 and leads Stolar’s in-house construction management, overseeing all of Stolar’s rehabilitation projects, and oftentimes acts as a general contractor on those projects. Kyle has extensive experience working on a broad array of projects including residential rehabilitation, ground up development of single-family homes, commercial space renovations, and sourcing materials for jobs via various supply chains. In his history at Stolar, Kyle has overseen over 150 different renovation projects. Kyle received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.
