Over the last 18 years, Kyle M. Kehner has represented a wide spectrum of clients in both the industrial and office segments of the market including developers, institutional as well as individual property owners and end users of all types. His wealth of experience in marketing complex, challenging assets and his relentless attention to detail not only benefits ownership clients, but it also informs his strong advocacy for occupier clients. Over his career, Mr. Kehner has been involved in more than 700 transactions totaling over $2.2 billion dollars.

 

Kyle M. Kehner joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995 as a Research Analyst and was ultimately promoted to Manager, Research & Analysis before transitioning into brokerage in 1998.

 

Over the last 20 years, Mr. Kehner has represented a wide spectrum of clients in both the industrial and office segments of the market including developers, institutional landlords as well as individual property owners and end users of all types. His wealth of experience in marketing complex, challenging assets and his relentless attention to detail not only benefits ownership clients, but it also informs his strong advocacy for occupier clients. Over his career, Mr. Kehner has been involved in over 925 transactions totaling more than $4.2 billion dollars.
