Bio
Kyle Gunter came to CBRE though the acquisition of Peloton Commercial Real Estate's San Antonio Operations in August 2018. Mr. Gunter has been active in the San Antonio Commercial Real Estate Market over the last 20 years. He started in the industry with Trammell Crow Company in 1997 representing Institutional Office Owners, and over the years has grown his service lines to include Tenant Representation and Brokerage. Recently named as a SABJ Top Broker, Mr. Gunter's experience in different facets of real estate has allowed him to provide creative solutions for his clients' needs, while reflecting CBRE's core values.
Mr. Gunter has also been active in the community, including being a part of Big Brothers & Sisters, CUB Homeless Ministry, and a foundation board member of The Ecumenical Center for Education, Counseling, and Health.
