Kyle Flahardy is an Investments & Asset Management Associate at Elevation Financial Group. He plays a key role in analyzing acquisition and disposition opportunities, optimizing the asset management of Elevation’s portfolio, and overseeing key capital stack initiatives to maximize return for Elevation’s investors. Kyle uses his strong financial analysis and research skillset to guide strategic decisions, while also identifying and implementing operational improvement opportunities that enhance portfolio performance and simplify fund management processes.

Previously, Kyle served as Elevation’s Fund Financial Analyst, where he managed fund cash flows, developed financial projections, and oversaw fund operations. Prior to joining Elevation, Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of South Florida. After graduation, he interned at Capital Hall Partners in Boston, Massachusetts.

Originally from the Boston area, Kyle now resides in Central Florida, where he enjoys weight training, spending time with friends and family, and taking advantage of the warmer weather.
