As an Associate for Colliers’ MSP Investment Services Group, Kyle is focused on the disposition of office, industrial and land opportunities in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul market and greater Midwest. His primary role is to lead the underwriting efforts for the MSP team.

Prior to joining Colliers’ Investment Services Group, Kyle was an Associate with Newmark Knight Frank in Minneapolis as the lead analyst on the retail investment sales team. Prior to joining the retail investment sales team in 2020, Kyle worked on leasing office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Twin Cities. Kyle began his career as an intern at Newmark Knight Frank in 2018.

Locally, Kyle is partnered with Mark Kolsrud, John McCarthy, Peter Loehrer, and Lydia Turczyn. The Colliers platform and local team provides the expertise and capacity to work with owners, investors, developers, and institutional clients.
