Kyle Campbell

Mr. Campbell oversees several Raintree properties. He works closely with third-party management and Raintree’s capital projects team to navigate operational challenges, preserve the physical plant, and drive financial growth. He also assists with due diligence, market research, investor reporting, and other portfolio level analysis. Prior to joining Raintree, Mr. Campbell worked as an analyst for The Bascom Group, underwriting over $4 billion in multifamily acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the real estate and financial services sectors. Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University. He is involved in both the Orange and San Diego County chapters of the Urban Land Institute. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
