Kyle Butler

Kyle Butler is a Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition in 2019 and has four years of experience in multi-housing real estate, investment advisory, and debt and equity placement. His primary focus is to represent private and institutional commercial real estate owners for the successful disposition of multi-housing assets throughout the Midwest United States. Over the last five years, Kyle has been involved in the disposition of $1.2 billion of multi-housing assets.

Prior to joining HFF in 2017, Kyle worked for PwC in Chicago as a Deals Associate. He performed financial valuations of business enterprises, business interests, private equity, and various asset types for large public and privately held businesses.
