Kyle Bateman

Kyle is a May 2020 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, where he earned his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Private Equity.

He will work closely with TCC’s Head of Capital Markets, focused on advising local TCC Business Units on project capitalization across the U.S. and across all product types. In 2019, Kyle worked as a summer associate for Stream Realty Partners in Austin. His duties included financial analysis and underwriting, identifying investment opportunities, and compiling investment memorandums and financial models.

Kyle also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business.
