Kubby Tischler

Mr. Tischler serves as Vice President, Transaction Management and is responsible for the execution of acquisitions and dispositions for the firm’s retail investments. He is tasked with leading teams that conduct due diligence and financial analysis, presenting findings to the Investment Committee and ultimately closing on transactions. Most recently, Mr. Tischler served as Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions at Urstadt Biddle Properties and previously spent over three years with Cushman & Wakefield’s NJ Investment Sales Capital Markets Team. Mr. Tischler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
