Bio
Krystal manages a national team and oversees large leasing and sales effort. Krystal is a member of Sagard Real Estate’s Investment, Valuation, ESG, Finance, and Risk Committees. She has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and 18 years of tenure with Sagard Real Estate. She has overseen and directly managed leasing, property management, legal, analysis, sales, client relationships, and value creation for 25.3M sf and over $6B GAV.
She is currently affiliated with NAIOP. She received her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Colorado at Denver.
