Kristopher Wood

With over 16 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Kristopher Wood has closed more than $3 billion in transactions throughout his career. Mr. Wood, senior vice president and managing director, is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Philadelphia office and specializes in the origination and placement of debt, mezzanine debt, and JV equity. He has experience in all asset classes, with a specialization in multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality properties. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Wood was a senior vice president and director at Colliers International, where he provided investment and capital markets services to clients across the United States. Prior to his time at Colliers, Mr. Wood served as managing director of a regional commercial real estate investment firm and was a partner in a retail apparel company. Mr. Wood graduated from Temple University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the Fox School of Business. He also served in the U.S. Army under the Special Operations Branch.
