Bio
Kristopher has over 10 years of real estate experience. In April 2015, he joined the Orlando Capital Markets Institutional Multifamily team as a Financial Analyst where he assists with underwriting multi-housing properties, creating and maintaining property marketing materials, scheduling property tours and performing research and analysis on the greater Orlando multi-housing market.
Kristopher joined CBRE in 2013 as a Research Coordinator supporting office, industrial and retail brokerage services. He maintained and updated informational databases and was responsible for the delivery of statistical and analytical reports in support of CBRE leadership and sales professionals.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kristopher held various positions within the real estate industry. He began his career in Tampa, Florida where he was a commercial real estate appraiser for five years. Kristopher also worked as an Acquisitions Associate for a residential REIT in the Orlando, Florida market. Prior to this, he was a Research Assistant for an Attorney in Santa Monica, California and a Listings Coordinator for a top-producing residential real estate broker in Tampa, Florida.
