Kristina Cutillo

Kristina Cutillo joined the healthcare team at Cushman & Wakefield in February 2020, specializing in healthcare real estate. Her team has been involved with some of the most complex and competitive transactions in the recent markets, including the disposition of the First National Bank Portfolio for Sorenson Group Management, placement of IRIS USA’s new US Headquarters in Surprise, multiple site selections for Skilled Nursing Facilities for OrthoArizona and provides agency representation for Physician Realty Trust portfolio in Arizona.  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kristina started her career in January 2017 working in the title insurance industry as a Business Development Manager. In September of that year she joined Fidelity National Financial to learn commercial title. During her time there Ms. Cutillo developed a strong passion for commercial brokerage and, after three years, decided to earn her real estate license and pursue brokerage.   Ms. Cutillo graduated in 2016 from Arizona State University, where she double majored in Business Administration and Public Relations.  

She loves connecting with new prospective clients and building strong relationships with them. She has confidence and a stature that gives her clients a sense of security and trust when they work with her. Kristina is willing to learn new things and believes that having the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances is key to being successful.
