Kristin Paul

Kristin Paul joined Stockbridge in 2019 and is responsible for portfolio and asset management activities for Stockbridge's Opportunistic and Platform Business. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Ms. Paul served as an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and was Head of West Coast Asset Management for PGIM's flagship core fund. Ms. Paul held management responsibilities for over $5 billion of core, value-added and opportunistic commercial properties. Ms. Paul was involved in many aspects of the fund's strategy, including transactions, dispositions, financing and asset management. Ms. Paul received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Ms. Paul is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and CREW.
