Kristie King

Kristie King serves as an associate with CBRE’s Retail Specialty Group in the Detroit, Michigan office.  Kristie is responsible for providing a broad base of real estate services for the corporate real estate user.

Kristie began her real estate career in 2003 managing properties for a large national developer based out of Dallas, Texas.  Kristie expanded her career successfully representing landlords and tenants with leasing services at Signature Associates.

She is presently working with local and regional commercial developers on land sales, assemblages and new developments, as well as build-to-suits for various retailers, medical, and commercial users, which also includes investment sales of commercial buildings and shopping centers.
