Bio
Kristi English serves as Senior Development Manager for Trammell Crow Company (TCC). She is responsible for overseeing the planning, design and construction related activities of new office, industrial, retail and mixed-use development projects for the Austin Business Unit. English has over 17 years of experience in Central Texas and has been part of more than 4 million square feet of development. Most recently, English has completed a 500,000 square feet Class A office building in downtown Austin including the management of tenant improvements throughout the building. Additionally, she has completed 247,000 square feet of industrial buildings including the site and infrastructure improvements for a new industrial campus on the east side of Austin. Prior to joining TCC, English began her career as a civil engineer in Austin working on retail, multi-family, office, hotel and industrial projects throughout Central Texas. She served as a Project Manger at Bury, Inc. and oversaw the entitlements, site and infrastructure design, and permitting through local and state agencies for a large variety of projects. English received her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin and is a Texas Exes Life member. She also gained her professional engineering license for the state of Texas.
