As Financial Analyst, Ms. Slayton is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of potential opportunities and the ongoing performance of the portfolio for both Woodmont Properties and Woodmont Industrial Partners. She provides quantitative support and conducts due diligence on acquisition and development opportunities including performing market research and analyzing market and economic data. Prior to joining Woodmont, Ms. Slayton was the Vice President of Project Finance at Roseland Property Company where she collaborated on $1.5B of debt and equity financings for development projects in New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Massachusetts. Prior to Roseland, Ms. Slayton worked as an analyst for San Francisco’s Presidio Trust. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Boston College
