Kristen Barker

Kristen Barker joined Wulfe & Co. in 2009 and is a Senior Vice President of Leasing. She obtained her CCIM designation in 2013. Her primary focus is representing owners on the development, redevelopment and leasing of their shopping centers. She also provides tenant representation services for retailers throughout the greater Houston market. Formerly with Trammell Crow, AmREIT and Lovett Commercial, Kristen brings with her eighteen years of retail brokerage experience in the Houston market. She is responsible for tenant mix strategy, marketing plans, re-merchandising and lease negotiations for third party owners which include Unilev, Fowler Property Acquisition, Safeway Corporation, HEB Real Estate, Southwestern Investment Advisors, Westwood Financial and Pacific Star Capital. Her prior clients include Calpers, Kimco, BVT Management, Fund of Alaska, Lincoln Property Trust, and AmREIT. Kristen graduated with a BSBA from University of Richmond and an MBA from Texas A&M University. She is an ICSC Member, CCIM Designee and a licensed Broker in the State of Texas. She has received the Costar Power Broker award from years 2011-2015.
