Krista Hermawan

Ms. Hermawan is an Underwriting Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets HUD FHA lending platform. CBRE is an FHA-approved direct lender offering the full array of HUD FHA multifamily and healthcare mortgage insurance programs.  Competitive financing solutions are available for multifamily rental, cooperative, seniors, and health care properties for new construction, substantial rehabilitation, moderate rehabilitation, refinance, and acquisition. CBRE also specializes in affordable housing involving low income housing tax credits and tax-exempt housing bonds.

Prior to joining CBRE HMF, Inc. in September 2010, Ms. Hermawan was a Loan Analyst at PNC Bank, N.A. working on HUD FHA Section 220, 221d(4), and 223(f) as well as Freddie Mac loan programs from 2006-2010.

Ms. Hermawan previously served as a Housing Occupancy Specialist at the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo working with special needs clients participating in the Agency’s Section 8, Aftercare and Shelter Plus Care programs.
