Bio
Kodi joined Colliers International | Irvine in July 2019 as a Client Services Coordinator. She works directly under Michael Kendall, the Executive Managing Director of Industrial Capital Markets in the Western Region. Kodi provides support to the Kendall Team in several areas, including creating marketing materials, coordinating transaction and due diligence services, conducting market research, and providing general day-to-day operational support. She also assists with transactions throughout the entirety of the leasing process, and helps track all deals and assignments.
