Kivett Williams

Kivett Williams joins CBRE with 23 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr.

Williams has focused on retail tenant and landlord representation. His career began in

1996 with The Shopping Center Group, where he stayed until his move to Core

Properties in 2006. During these years, Mr. Williams completed over $400 million in

transaction value with tenant rep clients including Ross Dress For Less, Border's Books,

Sports Authority, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jason's Deli,

Jack In The Box and Dunkin' Donuts. His landlord rep portfolio includes two million

square feet leased in Target and Cabela's anchored shopping centers throughout the

southeast. At CBRE, Mr. Williams focuses on business development with national retailer

and restaurant tenant representation as well as third party landlord representation.
