Kirsty Stevenson develops real estate strategy for clients through analysis, negotiation and execution as a member of CBRE’s Denver office tenant representation services and Corporate Capital Markets group.
By treating every client as a long-term partner, Kirsty is able to uniquely identify and manage multi-market/local professionals and connect CBRE resources with additional service lines, as needed, to achieve her client’s goals. Kirsty thrives in high-pressure, high-volume and complex environments. Her role and process far exceed the typical scope and duties of brokerage and are necessary for successful portfolio management.
Kirsty leverages a multi-faceted career in real estate, which started in 2008. She gained experience in consulting, property management, and title & escrow before joining CBRE in 2014.
