Kirk specializes in representing sellers and advising buyers with their multi-tenant retail acquisition opportunities across Texas, primarily in the North Texas market.Prior to joining Colliers International, Kirk worked at Marcus & Millichap specializing in multi-tenant retail investment sales covering Dallas-Fort Worth, as well as secondary and tertiary markets in Texas.
