Kirk specializes in representing sellers and advising buyers with their multi-tenant retail acquisition opportunities across Texas, primarily in the North Texas market.Prior to joining Colliers International, Kirk worked at Marcus & Millichap specializing in multi-tenant retail investment sales covering Dallas-Fort Worth, as well as secondary and tertiary markets in Texas. Kirk brings tremendous value to his clients with his extensive database of aggressive buyers throughout the state and thorough knowledge of the market.
