Kirk Rudy

Kirk is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Endeavor Real Estate Group. He focuses on the pursuit of acquisition and development opportunities, structures partnership agreements with institutional providers of equity and served as Endeavor’s Chief Executive Officer from 2009 through 2014.

Relevant Experience

Kirk has completed more than 2.5 million SF of office building acquisitions. This includes purchasing the former IBM campus that is now the Domain. He raised equity and structured partnership agreements for several projects including Saltillo and the Domain. Kirk negotiated public/private partnerships with the City of Austin, Travis County, the City of Cedar Park, and the City of Round Rock.

He is also a member of Endeavor’s Austin American-Statesman team. Prior to co-founding Endeavor in 1999, Kirk served as the City Leader for Trammell Crow Company’s Austin office. In this role he was responsible for a business unit that included approximately 150 employees and managed approximately 10 million SF of commercial real estate.
