Kip Malo

Kip Malo is a Director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets. He specializes in multifamily investments and development site sales in Southern California. Kip provides multifamily investors with valuation, strategic consulting, market analysis, acquisition and disposition advisory services. Kip has a career transaction volume of more than $1.4 billion and 9,100 units.

During his 11 years of experience he has represented a wide range of clients including institutional and private capital investors and has represented some of the nation's largest and most active multifamily investors and developers. Prior to joining JLL, Kip spent five years in the multifamily division of a national commercial real estate services firm.
