Bio
Kimberly Meyer, Chief Financial Officer of Billingsley Company, has over 20 years of real estate experience in accounting, finance, and all areas of executive management. She has directed accounting and operational departments and structured staffing levels to maximize organizational efficiency, profitability, and strong internal controls. In addition to her role at Billingsley, Mrs. Meyer was the Treasurer of The Chiapas Project, a Texas 501(c)3 that raises funds for the Grameen Foundation, an organization fighting world poverty through microfinance initiatives. Prior to joining Billingsley, Kimberly was the CFO of Brook Partners, partner in various private real estate investments and served as a four-year executive board member of the West End Association, an organization dedicated to facilitate the growth and evolution of the Dallas Historic West End District. Mrs. Meyer started her career in public accounting in the real estate audit/consulting group at Ernst & Young with clients including Trammell Crow Company, Paragon Properties, Prentiss Properties, GE Capital, JPI, Westwood Residential, Accubank Mortgage, and the RTC. Kimberly graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Accounting and obtained her CPA designation in 1993.
