Kimberly McKay

Kimberly McKay joined BRIDGE in 2010 as Executive Vice President for Southern California. Since joining BRIDGE Ms. McKay has been responsible for overseeing the development of approximately 3,400 units of affordable housing with a value of more than $1.147 billion. She manages a staff of 13 professionals across the Southern California region and is responsible for all of BRIDGE’s development activity from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Before coming to BRIDGE, she was a Senior Vice President at The Related Companies of California. At Related, she managed all aspects of developing multifamily affordable housing projects on the West Coast with a focus on large public housing revitalization projects. Prior to that, she was Vice President for Related Capital Company and a Senior Project Manager for Mid‐Peninsula Housing Coalition. She is a licensed architect and active member of the Urban Land Institute
