“My philosophy is ‘Do what you say you’re going to do,’ and that’s something instilled throughout the company. We make the commitments with external stakeholders and we follow through on those commitments. We are a ‘learning company,’ always striving to do things better than we did them before, mentoring and teaching team members so they can achieve their career goals and we’re not afraid to take on a new challenge in developing properties.”
