Kim Sumner has been with CBRE since April 2012, and currently serves as Director, Capital Markets Operations. In this role, she provides strategic support for the National Retail Investment Group and Institutional Properties.
Comprised of more than 80 professionals located in every major market across the United States, CBRE’s Institutional Properties professionals are linked to their peers in gateway cities throughout the world and provide investment and advisory services to sophisticated institutional capital. The National Retail Investment Group is an exclusive team of senior CBRE Capital Markets professionals that specialize in the sale, debt and equity finance, and recapitalization of retail properties throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets Operations team, Kim worked directly with Chris Ludeman, Global President of CBRE Capital Markets.
Kim has her B.A. from Cal State University, Fullerton and her M.F.A. from the University of Florida -- Go Gators!
