Bio
Kim Kacani joined HHHunt in 1985 working for the Properties Division in Blacksburg and Newport News, Virginia. After seven years serving on several levels of property management, she then joined the Communities Division of HHHunt in Richmond, Virginia. Kim’s responsibilities have included community relations, homeowner association management, as well as direction and management of architectural review design standards for HHHunt communities. Ms. Kacani has been instrumental with land acquisition zoning, entitlements and development for several HHHunt large scale masterplanned communities throughout the greater Richmond and Hampton Roads areas. Kim is an active member of Community Associations Institute and the Urban Land Institute. She has received gubernatorial appointments and currently serves on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Common Interest Community Board in the Developer seat. Ms. Kacani is a graduate of Westhampton College at the University of Richmond
