Kim Evans

During her 16 years in commercial real estate, Mrs. Evans has specialized in the leasing and property management of shopping centers and office buildings. At Southeastern, she is responsible for overseeing leasing activities, managing centers, and has had various construction responsibilities. Mrs. Evans received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1979 with a major in Marketing. She has been a member of Southeastern’s President’s Club and Chairman’s Circle of Excellence, and is an active member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.
