Bio
As the Managing Director, Kim Bucklew is responsible for multifamily development across Southern California, including the review, negotiation, coordination and processing of all property transactions. Her background includes acquisitions and due diligence of new development sites, as well as development management for market-rate apartments, student housing and senior living communities. Ms. Bucklew is an active member of ULI, Young Leader Mentorship Program, Urban Development Mixed Use Council – Silver Flight. She received an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
