Bio
Kieran Flanagan, Director of Construction, has over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He oversees all construction efforts of Saxum Real Estate. He manages all project delivery teams and oversees field operations to maintain efficiency and safety standards that are the hallmark of Saxum Real Estate. He earned his LEED Accredited Professional certification in 2004 and has been a leader in our commitment to green building design and construction practices.
Kieran's receptiveness to input and commitment to client satisfaction ensures quality deliverables in a seamless transition from project initiation to completion.
Kieran started his career as Facilities Service Director with ARAMARK Corporation and later moved to Bellemead Construction Corporation and quickly ascended from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager, running the ground-up construction of several commercial office buildings. He transitioned to Troast Construction Company as a Project Manager continuing his oversight of many commercial and retail projects.
Kieran received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Scranton and a graduate certificate in project management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
