Khalid Rashid

Khalid Rashid, equity owner and Managing Director, manages or co-manages several separate account portfolios for the firm's west coast-based institutional investors. As a Portfolio Manager, Khalid develops and oversees the strategic initiatives for accounts consisting of $3.5 Bn of GAV with 13.1 sf million of commercial properties and 1,200 apartment units. He has extensive transaction and leadership experience in portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and financings. His executed deal volume includes over 35 transactions with a GAV of approximately $3.0 billion across multiple investment strategies, property types and markets. He joined Clarion in 2008 and began working in the industry in 2004. Khalid is a Robert A. Toigo Fellow, REAP graduate, REEC committee member and an active member of ULI.
