As a Vice President of Investments, Kevin is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing new acquisitions at The Davis Companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Kevin spent 4 years in the industry working for AEW Capital Management, LP as a member of the Direct Investments Group. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance from Bentley University.
