Bio
Kevin is Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets for Nicholas Residential. He began his career with NorthMarq Capital, serving for two years as a credit analyst for its Fannie Mae DUS arm before transitioning into a Production Management role. In 2016, he joined NorthMarq’s mortgage banking team in Dallas where he helped secure over $300 million of debt and equity for Nicholas Residential.
Kevin now oversees acquisitions for Nicholas Residential and is responsible for the continued growth of our multifamily portfolio. He is also highly involved in both the development and execution of capital strategies from acquisition, to capitalization, operation, and disposition.
Kevin earned a baseball scholarship from the University of Nebraska where he attended college before transferring to Texas A&M University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M in Economics and Business.
