Kevin Scott

Based in Chicago, Kevin oversees CRG’s fund management platform, working closely with capital partners and the industrial development team to maximize returns for investors. In his role, Kevin manages fund operations, reporting and compliance from formation through development, lease-up and disposition of fund assets. In addition, Kevin works to identify ground-up industrial investment opportunities for CRG throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining CRG, Kevin was Vice President at Molto Properties where he was responsible for formulating and implementing capital deployment strategy for target markets in the Midwest. He has sourced and executed successful industrial development projects and acquisition opportunities in multiple markets across the United States.

Kevin was with Prologis earlier in his career as Market Officer for Tennessee responsible for overall strategy including disposition, acquisition, leasing and operational activities in the Nashville and Memphis markets.
