Kevin Schmidt is Chief Financial Officer of Cord Meyer Development Company where he oversees Cord Meyer’s finance and accounting operations, while being actively engaged in the company’s financial planning. Schmidt, who joined Cord Meyer in 1991, is a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors. He earned a BBA from Baruch College and is a member of the New York State Society of CPA’s.
